Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Completed 12 years of regular education in your home country (high school equivalent).
  • At least 150 hours of Japanese language study at a Japanese language institution.
  • Must possess the following Japanese language proficiency (required) based on the enrollment period:
    • April Enrollment: N5 (A1) or higher
    • July Enrollment: N4 (A2) or higher
    • October Enrollment: N3 (A2~B1) or higher

    *A certificate from JLPT, J-TEST, NAT-TEST, etc. is required.

  • Able to comply with the laws of Japan and the regulations of this school.
  • In good physical and mental health with high motivation to learn.
  • Have a financial guarantee to cover tuition and living expenses during enrollment.

Notice of Tuition Fee Adjustment from October 2026

In order to maintain and improve the educational environment and respond to rising costs, our academy has decided to adjust tuition fees for new students enrolling from the October 2026 term onwards.

*Dormitory fees are monthly charges per person. All residents must pay the above amount regardless of the number of people sharing the same room.
*The deposit will be fully refunded upon move-out if there is no damage, no unpaid fees, and the room has been properly cleaned.

Post-Enrollment Expenses (Annual Estimate)

  • National Health Insurance: According to municipal regulations (enrollment required)
  • Student Disaster Insurance: Approx. 10,000円 (enrolled through our school)
  • Health Checkup: Approx. 7,000円
  • Commuting transportation costs (if applicable)
  • Other personal expenses (food, phone, etc.)

* Our school is a member of the "Nationwide Japanese Language Education Institution Mutual Aid Cooperative" approved by the Ministry of Education, which provides disaster compensation for international students.

Our academy offers original scholarship programs to support students with excellent academic performance and attendance.

Payment & Refund Policy

About School Fee Payment

  • Once you receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE), please pay the full "Pre-Enrollment Fees" in one lump sum by the deadline specified by our school.
  • If payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, your admission may be revoked.
  • After enrollment, tuition fees (tuition, facility fees, materials) are to be paid every six months in principle. Detailed schedules will be announced separately.
  • If tuition payment is delayed, you may face removal from the register or expulsion after receiving a reminder.

About Fee Refunds

  • If you cannot enroll due to visa denial:
    The full amount paid will be refunded minus the selection fee (33,000円). (*A visa denial certificate issued by the Japanese consulate is required.)
  • If you withdraw after receiving your COE or visa:
    In principle, fees already paid are non-refundable. However, if you withdraw before enrollment for unavoidable reasons and the school approves, tuition and other fees may be refunded minus the selection fee (33,000円) and enrollment fee (55,000円).
  • Withdrawal or expulsion after enrollment:
    Regardless of the reason, fees already paid will not be refunded.

Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Dispatch

After confirming payment of pre-enrollment fees, we will promptly mail the acceptance letter and the original COE documents to you.
