October 2026 Tuition Fee Adjustment Notice

In order to maintain and improve our educational environment and to address rising costs, we plan to adjust tuition fees for new students enrolling in the October 2026 term.

Documents & Application Guidelines

Documents to Be Prepared by the Applicant

Please prepare the following documents. Downloadable forms can be obtained from the section above.

  • Application Form & Resume DL
  • Statement of Purpose for Study Abroad DL
  • Certificate of Japanese Language Study History Original document issued by the Japanese language school or institution previously attended
  • Certificate of Enrollment or Certificate of Employment (Original)
  • Graduation Certificate or Diploma from Last School Attended (Copy accepted)
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate JLPT, J-TEST, or equivalent pass certificate / score report (copy). See details below.
  • Family Register or Birth Certificate Document proving family relationship with the financial sponsor (copy accepted; translation required)
  • Copy of Passport Photo page and all pages with Japan entry/exit stamps. If passport is being processed, provide an ID document.
  • 8 ID Photos 4 cm (H) x 3 cm (W), taken within the last 3 months, plain background, upper body, no hat
  • Pledge / Letter of Commitment DL Signatures of both the applicant and guardian are required

Documents to Be Prepared by the Financial Sponsor

Please prepare the following documents. Required documents may vary depending on the relationship with the applicant.

  • Financial Support Statement DL
  • Certificate of Employment If the sponsor is a business owner, a copy of the business license, etc. (Original)
  • Income Certificate For the past 3 years, etc. Tax certificate is preferred (Original)
  • Bank Balance Certificate Approximately 3 million yen or equivalent required (Original)
  • Copy of Bank Passbook / Statements Showing past deposit and withdrawal history
  • Certificate of Family Relationship (with the Applicant) Family register, birth certificate, etc. (Original)

Important Notes on Document Submission

  1. Certificates must, in principle, be issued within 3 months of the submission date.
  2. Submitted documents will not be returned as a general rule. For original documents that cannot be reissued (e.g., diplomas), please inform us at the time of submission, and they will be returned after verification.
  3. For documents prepared in a language other than Japanese, a Japanese or English translation must be attached. Please include the translator's name, contact information, and the date of translation.
  4. If documents are incomplete, you may be asked to submit additional materials.
  5. Submitted documents will be used solely for admissions screening and immigration application purposes, and will not be used for any other purpose.

Japanese Language Proficiency Requirements

The required proficiency level varies by enrollment term. Please check carefully.

April Enrollment N5 (A1) level or above
July Enrollment N4 (A2) level or above
October Enrollment N3 (A2-B1) level or above

Examples of acceptable certification documents (copies):

  • · Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
  • · J.TEST Practical Japanese Proficiency Test
  • · Japanese NAT-TEST
  • · BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test, TOPJ Practical Japanese Proficiency Test, etc.

* Documentation proving 150 hours or more of Japanese language study is also required.
